COVID-19 Update

Patient Protocol for Attending the Practice

At Westbury Smiles Dental Practice the health & safety of our patients and colleagues is of the highest importance.

Public Health advice for people with any of the main symptoms of COVID-19, or a positive result, is to stay at home and avoid contact with other people.

Public Health England also issue specific guidance for healthcare settings and the current advice recommends that precautionary measures, such as face masks and COVID screening should continue within dental practices.

In line with this guidance and out of respect for other patients and our staff:

Please read the following guidance on the current patient journey which you can expect at Westbury Smiles.

Before Your Appointment

  1. Please book an appointment via telephone, email, in person or by using our online booking service.
  2. Once an appointment is registered on our system, you will receive both a text and an email inviting you to fill in your forms a few days before your arrival. Please fill in all these forms as this will save you filling out the forms when in surgery and reduce contact exposure in the waiting area.
  3. Should you begin to develop any symptoms of possible COVID-19 please contact the practice to rearrange your appointment.
