At Westbury Smiles we have noticed that patients who belong to our membership plan tend to enjoy better oral health and require less extensive treatment.
This is because patients attend on a more regular basis which allows us to focus on prevention of dental disease and intervene earlier to resolve any oral conditions.
Why join our Membership Plan?
By joining our plan you can spread the cost of your routine appointments throughout the year by affordable monthly direct debit payments. You will also benefit from complimentary x-rays and reductions in the cost of dental treatment when required.
How do I join the Privilege Plan?
It's easy - speak to your dentist and they will recommend a plan tailored to your personal needs. Our reception team will help you complete the application and direct debit forms.
How much does it cost?
There is a one off £10 administration joining fee which will be added to your first month's payment. After that there are no extra payments, just the agreed monthly amount to cover your benefits.
Is my personal information safe when I join the Privilege Plan?
Westbury Smiles and Privilege Plan Ltd administrators take your privacy and security of personal information very seriously. Your personal details will be safe and you will not receive unsolicited marketing literature for any associated financial products or services.

Our Silver Plan is £25.49 a month which is less than 84p a day for inclusive benefits:

** Hygiene (Silver Plan): The first eligible hygiene can be booked 6-months following the date of your first payment. 6-months must lapse between appointments. A standard hygiene includes a polish with prophy paste. (Please note, if preferred, a standard hygiene can be upgraded to an air polish with an additional payment of £20).
*** Excludes outstanding treatment, orthodontics, implants, cosmetic treatments, prescriptions, treatment referred to another dentist and some complex or specialist treatment. Additional examinations, assessments and hygiene appointments outside the plan entitlement are not eligible for discount.
Our Gold Plan is £38.95 a month which is less than £1.29 a day for inclusive benefits:

There is a once only £10.00 administration fee taken at your first monthly payment and then you pay a fixed monthly subscription to receive member benefits.
To keep you fully informed of our policies please note the following:
- There is a once only £10 administration joining fee which will be taken at your first monthly collection.
- Your monthly payments will be taken on or around the 10th of each month by our administrators Privilege Plan Ltd and their name will appear on your bank statement.
- A recent examination must have been completed at Westbury Smiles prior to joining the plan. Outstanding treatment is not eligible for discount.
- You will not be asked to sign a contract and you may leave the plan at any time by contacting your bank or building society or directly with Privilege Plan Ltd on 01536 771219
- Failed direct debit payments may result in cancellation of your plan.
- Patients are responsible for making and attending appointments provided by the plan.
- Appointments are subject to availability
- Entitlements not used in any given period may not be carried forward or refunded.
- Your membership is continuous and does not require renewing each year.
- Should you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend an appointment a deduction will be made from your plan entitlement.
- In the unlikely event of you cancelling your plan we reserve the right to recover any discounts applied to treatment completed in the previous six-month period.
- Your personal details will remain safe and in accordance with GDPR Data Protection.
