Julie qualified from the University of Bristol in 2009 where she gained several awards including the Roger Smith Award for her research into saliva and erosion, and the Heraeus Kulzer Award for her knowledge of dental materials. She graduated with a merit in Oral Medicine.

She is committed to her professional development and regularly attends postgraduate courses to keep up to date with modern advances in dentistry. Julie is a registered member of the British Dental Association and has gained the MJDF qualification with the Royal College of Surgeons. She is currently enrolled on the prestigious Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics MClinDent at Kings College London as her latest postgraduate qualification.

Julie approaches her work with diligence and integrity, always striving to deliver the best standard of care. She enjoys working closely with her patients to keep them fully informed about the options available and to provide a gentle, relaxed approach to treatment. A caring and conscientious professional, she prides herself on her friendly and approachable manner and good sense of humour.

She is a keen advocate for minimally invasive dentistry and enjoys all aspects of general dentistry including cosmetic treatments. Additionally, Julie is able to offer wrinkle treatments (Botulinum Toxin) and teeth straightening using Invisalign - a virtually invisible alternative to braces.

Outside of work Julie lives with her partner Nick. She is a keen gardener and she also enjoys cooking and volunteering with local animal charities.
